Samba Fail: can not retrieve the package (-99)

Hi,

I would like to update my Samba server on my Lacie Cloudbox nas to version 4.10.18-patched, but when I tried to do it I received an error message:

Code: Select all

Fail: can not retrieve the package (-99)

Reading another post I checked my credentials with these commands:

Code: Select all

plugout check
echo $?


It returns 0 so it should be OK. Could I have some help please? :)

My bad I was not aware about the firmware patch to apply to avoid this connection issue (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3532). Now I'm getting:

Code: Select all

Fail: can not retrieve the package (203)

I guess it's related to the new firmware usage (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2952). I just did my donation, but I'm still getting the same error, any idea?

account done and psw reset, also new account "kroll999" inserted on fw page on nas .. but i'm not able to download the addon

Did you notice this announcement ?
You have to install a patch according with the using fw version to restore the downloading feature
