Hello, I'm a new donator, but I can't still install services or change samba to v4

Ex.: Minidlna media server Fail: install command failed (17)
Samba server settings -> Fail: can not retrieve the package (203)

Hello,

apparently I am facing the same (or similar) problem. I just installed the firmware on my Lacie5Big2 and would really like to install samba4 and twonky/minidlna on it but I always get errors. I already "login" with my credentials and from the console I get "0" after
root@fvdwsl-base:/ # plugout check
root@fvdwsl-base:/ # echo $?
0

What can I do?

Minidlna: Fail: install command failed (17)
Twonky: Fail: can not retrieve the package, -99
Samba: Current System Status: Fail: can not retrieve the package (-99)
