About the I/O at 22:37:05, I think the event occurs because you had a shell session when you unplug the lan wire.

Exactly, I had the shell session open... Ok then, I will repeat the test closing the shell session before unplug the cable.

Another test of diskmon, logging from 13:49h until 23:22h, almost 10 hours...

The disk spin down at 13:59h (10 minutes after the last access).
This time, I have closed the shell session before unplug the LAN cable.

I think the disk only wakes up one time, like the test before.
And I think it happens at 16:03h or 16:04h.

The rest of the time, the disk remains still, what is really great.

Any ideas of the reason for the only spin up at 16:03h?

about I/O event around 2 hours after the beginning, it is the same event type: update utmpx file after an orphan login. This time it is a samba session (and not dropbear). Both use the same method to keep a login history.

So for me, all is now right

Ok, everytnig you say makes sense.
I had opened a file of the disk via samba just before closing the shell session an disconnect the LAN cable.

So very happy with the results.
