Cannot install minidlna

Hello, I made a donation, typed my login credentials in system management and I cannot install anything anyway:
Fail: install command failed (17)

I am really newbie and I bought Lacie secon-hand already with fvdw-sl installed.
Anyone can help or provide some information?
