I have this firmware in my cloudbox approximately 2 years ago. with version 16.1 and no any updates.
So since 5/May of this year the logs of my servers that are saved in the cloudbox using ftp they were not there.So i see the ftp log and see the error :

however the user had not undergone any changes.
I try to eliminate the user, and this process finish OK, user admin does not exist anymore.
But when try to create another user with the same name i get the error:
can not add user, username already exists
I try to add other user with different names (admin-ftp,ftp-admin,roche, etc) and always get the same error.
Any can helpme??
