Hi jocko
The problem is already solved. The plugout account was not completed. When I did it and tried one more time, everything worked fine. :applause
Thank you very much for your help.

Hello everyone.
I have been using this great software for a long time which give new life to my Lacie Cloudbox. Unfortunately, something strange is happening to him recently and disappears from the list of devices until the next restart. I use v.17-0 and I wanted to update it to the latest version 18.2 but I get...

=> Firmware upgrade step 1 started:
Search firmware version information for cloudbox ...
The latest version available from http://plugout.net is: fvdw-sl 18.2

Check free space on system partition ... OK
Failed to connect to [http://plugout.net]
Error 200

Unfortunately I am green in programming and I am asking you for help step by step in fixing this.

I have one more question. Do I need to rip all data from the disk before upgrading?

Did you install the patch for 17.0 before upgrading?

I'm sorry but I didn't install anything. Everything worked for two years so I didn't change anything because just starting it was a big problem for me. If it wasn't for you I would never have installed this software.

Do I need to download all the data movies and music from my NAS before installation?

If you do an upgrade using the firmware web interface then no, your data will remain present, only a seperate system partition will be renewed. But to upgrade from 17.0 to 18-2 you must install the patch as described above first.

Ok, sorry for my weird questions, but I'm afraid to lose my data again. I uploaded a new patch and the update was successful. It is very easy thanks to your work on the software. Thank you again and I wish you all the best. I hope this fixes my problems.
