How do I download the addons like is saying in here

Installation of addons.
For any firmware versions, addons require manual downloading to be installed. Only donators will be able to download the addons.

Hi

You can not install directly these packages, you need to use their related menu with the fw web-interface.

According with plugout log file, you got this error because you did not install the last patch : http://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2695&start=10 and of course later set your credentials to be able to download the package:

For version 16.1, 17.0 and later, the extra features can be installed or updated only by a donator user. On the firmware web-interface you have to set your plugout account (main setup menu) and your password will be encrypted by the firmware before storing in the file system so that you may restore these features.

So you can not find where to set your user account.
