how to install webcam server

hi, in the demo (exploring fvdw) there's a section called "attached devices" and there is a subsection called webcam server, in my recent flash (16.1) there is no such thing, how do i enable it or install it ??

Hi
This feature is not available on cloudbox platform as there is no usb port...
(all menus requiring to have an usb port have been disabled for this platform)

if your webcam has is own Ip on your LAN then I assume it should have its own web-interface for settings (for example where to save pictures or images on another LAN resource,...) and to control it :scratch

Maybe there is also a program to get a remote control on your Webcam from your laptop. If this program allows to control the device by commandline you need to have the source files for compiling to be used on the NAS

The webcam menu on fvdw-sl web-interface is used only to load a driver on the USB port to control any webcam plugged in it

thnx for the info, i asume it does have its own web server for monitoring via lan, i just bought it i have not set it up yet...
