I stop torrent server and after i cant restart the server
i try to reinstall the package but the system reply me this
how can i solve

Yes you misunderstood one issue.

Previously some patches were required to upgrade between some fw versions : it is the information of this topic https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3059
But last month our web hosting provider made some changes on its apache servers and the firmware fails to open a session on plugout.net to download packages (so for installing addons and also for upgrading). Then we posted a new topic https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=3532)

Of course I rebuilt the patches available via the topic https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3059 by including the connection fix and also in the current roll-up patch for version 18-2 (patch03) : without it from a version 18-2 you can not install an addon or re-install a fresh version 18-2 and also later upgrading to a newest fw version when we will release one
