Kernel not loading after upload

Hi, I’m trying to install fvdw on a 2 big Network v2 that was gifted to me diskless.
The first time I discovered that the console v6 tried the upload on a Smart socket on my LAN, after powering it down it detected the u-boot of the NAS (1.1.4) and start the tftp upload.
The upload is successful every time now, but it stops after that.
The system tries to start the Kernel but the prompt closes and it begins the Telnet step without success. Tried several times, even rebooting the computer.

The kernel is the Kirkwood standalone.
My computer is on Windows 10 (Bootcamp on iMac 2017) latest update.

Are you sure it is a 2big v2 and not a v1?

Ps do a trial with no disks in the nas. Sometimes disk failure may cause that the nas won't boot or take a long time. In last case telnet may time out and you could try to connect manually.

The sticker on the base says “2BIG NETWORK V2” before the serial barcode. Tried all 3 kernels, same result. Checksum OK, kernel starting… then nothing. Telnet starts and obviously no response.

Tried also diskless, same result.

In the router from 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.253. Windows is set on static 192.168.0.251.

windows is set static 192.168.0.251

Do not use that ip for windows use one with last octet < 200 as the standalone kernel will use 251 for your nas

The nas is using 0.252 or 1.251, and because I’m on the 0.x pool I set the 251. Tonight I’ll try a sub 200 IP

Funny, set 0.222 and same result... set 0.199 and it worked.
THANK YOU

P.S. set the plugout user on the interface but intalling web explorer gives -99 error...
I'm in the donator group and the other nas has it (Network space 2)

Edit: solved... missing patch 03 for 18.2
