So it seems after removing sda1boot, you succeeded to reboot and upgrade again the fw from its web-interface !
Can you confirm that point please

all process to update firmware before is ok re upgraded to 18.2

http://www.web-console.org is located on web console access is only a description
yes is not possible access in any step you suggest after firmware remove
after upgrade.

How is it possible ? if you are using the web console that means the firmware is running (at least the apache server is running) and it is not what claims the content of boot.log in sda1 :scratch

And I have one more for you, does the fvdw-sl webinterface works, it must otherwise how do you use the web-console, it must ne used from within the webinterface
