What admin account do you talk ?
- default shell access: login=root pwd=giveit2me
- firmware GUI: login=admin-nas pwd=admin

thank you its on line now

i had some question now about functionality
is possible expose the fvdw nas on the web
is possible use plex on this type of server
and wich functionality i can activate to use like pc disk or document repository ?

Yes on your router if you open the related port used by the server, you may get a such access . For example if you open the port 80 (and much more safe the port 443), you can load our firmware web-interface (of course you have to change first the default credentials) or use webdav shares
On your lan, samba server is always running which allows you to use remote file sharing from the nas on your laptop

i try to install update to 18.2 after download i reboot but nothing change
the error verifed in step2 is
heck firmware files archive ... Fail
MD5 check failed, firmware files archive is corrupted
can i install plex server on my lacie

Please can you explain more what you did ? What package ?

And about plex yes you can install it but with an old version (arm v5 limitation)

about fvdw to complete installation i want to install last level fvdw 18.2
and addon i insert password on the system it all or i must do something else ?

So you should be able to install it directly from the update firmware menu.
Then repeat the action and post the trace log
