so, now how can i merge the disk for have a mirror work (raid 1)

Just go to the disk setup menu and click on the button "Make a raid"! (Please to read the help page)

i've find a fix. restart the NAS and re apply the crone job have work now.
i see both disk active and ready.
last request.... how can i put in RAID 1 the two disk?

About your previous issue : as the reset script was written on a different disk connections, it failed to work on the right disk. By rewriting it again, it could run nicely

- raid 1 active
- folder create
- Sgare active and ready to work
