ok that looks fine,
lets then create partitions on sdb
connect to ssh via putty and on command line give command
- Code: Select all
fdisk /dev/sdb
Now fdisk will start, I assume the disk has no partitions
create the partitions
in fdisk give the commands

you can check if the partitons are created by giving command

fdisk -l /dev/sdb
Now format sdb8
- Code: Select all
mke2fs -j -m 1 /dev/sdb8
reboot
Now the second disk should be available in the web interface as well
