root@(none):/ # ls -al /sda5/firmware.img
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 262144000 May 25 20:14 /sda5/firmware.img

The script exits writing on sda7. This is confirmed by the command
root@(none):/ # dd if=/sda5/firmware.img of=/dev/sda7
dd: writing '/dev/sda7': Input/output error
12129+0 records in
12128+0 records out
6209536 bytes (5.9MB) copied, 31.484998 seconds, 192.6KB/s

So, I thing the HDD is broken. What di you think ?

262144000 bytes (250.0MB) copied, 31.527472 seconds, 7.9MB/s

root@(none):/ # dd if=/sda5/firmware.img of=/dev/sda2
dd: writing '/dev/sda2': Input/output error

Succees. All went through and the access to the webinterface is there and change can be done.
First obvious thing: share size and available size does not work.

Slight adadptions and you can provide your FW also to this model.
Thank you very much for your help.

I'll now check the drive and I'm happy be be in warrenty still and the seals are unbroken.

yes thats correct because you still have 14-0 now on the partitions, you need 14-1. I will try to send that tomorrow
