At startup, the last 2 led remain solid

UPDATE:

I extracted the 5 disks, then I inserted them in the other NAS (same 5Big N2), then I turned it on and they started, the raid is intact and I see all the folders, I can copy move and delete.
What could it be then?... something related to the Nas? is there a way to do a check via console?

UPDATE:

I opened the Nas, found nothing damaged / swollen or other signs of damage. Everything seems OK.
I try to put the 5 discs that I removed from the other Nas, in this Nas, to see if even with those 5 discs the last 2 LEDs remain on.

Yep...the last 2 led remain solid blue, even with these 5 disks...
What could it be... :sob

So, I literally swapped the discs between the two nas, and the first Nas behaves the same way.
So I guess the discs aren't the problem.
Take a watch to the video jocko...

From this post https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=3650#p37223it seems you have put in the disks in wrong order. Sda has only one partition in your output, partition 8. Of course e2fsck cannot find then sda1,2....This not the real sda disk.
Probably you have put the real sda in the righthand slot seen from the back. It must be in most lefthand slot. So swap the disks in opposite order

wait... that is the post with original 5 disks inserted.... (them are in their slot since months...years probably, i never unplug one of them :scratch )
Only yesterday i removed the 5 disks for testing them in a second Nas... and i'm sure i used the right order becouse of i write the disk number on the alluminium hdd trays :snicker so from left: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (and in fact, them work in the second Nas. It boot them and fvlw work fine i'd connected to the second nas many time yesterday.)

the problem, remain in the first nas.
i put the 5 disks of the second Nas, inside the first.
And the beaviour is the same ad the video.

But is the firmware running now can you connect to web interface?

If not connect with standalone kernel and check that sda has 8 partitions
