If the disk is not found you can try another one and if result is the same then for sure your motherboard has a problem.
Remark: the disks are connected to the mainboard with sata cable, you could check if these cables are properly connected. However as all three disk are not detected it is probably not the cause of the malfunction

ok i'm trying dmesg, on each hdd individually on the first slot to the left.
UPDATE: with only the first disk on the first left slot, the console can't find u-boot... :sob
