An additional information, you have to disable the debug mode (has performance impact).
So from a shell window ( putty), do
Code: Select all
debugoff
that's all

did it :rock

@jocko i have a question... is there a way to do all that we did here, but inside the web interface? example: a tool for check disk and repair inside the web interface? maybe without destroying the raid configuratio.
I only see the smart tab but is not so helpful.

This is almost already done on the current version.

- From fw web-interface, you can run a fs check on the data partitions (sd?8 partitions or raid volume) : go to the main disk setup menu and click on the volume name. on the edit volume menu you will see a button to perform such a task

- with patch04 for version 18.2, you can force a fs check on sda5 on nas rebooting, by creating a file 'sda5-scan' in /etc. The boot script will also perform a fs check on sda5 if it fails to mount it. (I forgot it when I asked you to do it via fvdw-sl console)

- on next version, fs sda1/2 and sda5 will be checked on nas booting, after each 10 booting
