FORBIDDEN - You don't have permission to access on this serv

Hi,
After many days, my 5big N2 with fvdw-sl firmware version 18-2, begin to do this thing. It become unreachable from my PC (samba) and from web brwser it return the screen in the attacchments: Forbidden, You don't have permission to access on this server... this is really strange becouse of i write and read to/from it for many many hours douring the day...
this happen at random, without specific order or douring specific process...
after some hours that stay powered on, it start to do that, being unreachable and i have to reboot it by hard switch.

ssh/fvdw console and ping do not work when it start to do that.

How can i hel you to get more information? is there a log that i can download from my nas, how?

Please have a look to the internet address in your browser. Is it an http address or did your browser change it to a secure https address? Some browser now want a certificate due to security reasons. Have your browser had an update?
Has your PC the correct date and time? Certificates have a life time.

Hi joco, i cant do that. It doing like time ago. I can ping the ip but i can't use samba nor web page browser...

It is http, checked twice and tried with firefox, edge, chrome. Yes my pc have correct date and time, the problem is that i cant reach it nor by samba transfer.

Today i tried to use fvdw console and it can see the nas, but however, i can't open web browser page nor samba transfer. attach a image below that say "the remote device cannot accept incoming connections"

:sob i don't know, now nor console work anymore...
i tried to perfom the sequence that in the past was temporary fix the problem: (viewtopic.php?p=36259#p36259)
but the console can't upload the uimage... douring nas booting up. i tried 5 times now. :sob what is happening to my nas?

You do not have to use fvdw-sl console to get such a file. Install putty on your windows10 and use as connection : type: ssh; host name: nasname or ip of your nas; port: 22 and then as login: root / password: giveit2me if you do not yet change it

so maybe more information with this file: /var/log/httpd/access_log

yes i know about putty but trust me, putty can't reach the nas anyway. The only thing that can make me reach the Nas is the uboot method. (when happen this strange things.) Now that the nas is running, yes i can reach it with putty if needed.

(ps.: can you check plugout repository pls? i'm trying to update a new/used 5Big2, inserted all account information with success, dns etc, intrnet checked successfully but in firmwre update it find the new version 18.2 firmware but when i click to update from server it say: Failed to connect to [http://plugout.net] Error 200)

I checked our web server log and I can detect your login attempts :

but I can say you have this issue because you do not yet install the rollup patch04 for version 18.2. Currently your nas use the old user-agent to login.
