I looked at the video you posted and no kernel is uploaded, something is blocking the upload, firewall (you checked)?
Is you nas connected to your LAN?
When do you start your 5big2? It should be after the command window appears mentioning "waiting for uboot..."
Do you have more than 1 ethernet adapter in your PC ?
please make a screen shot of your network adapters (windows 10 control panel >network and internet> network connections
Which LAN connector do you use on your 5big2? you should use LAN1


ps to test if you nas can get a connection with the fvdw-sl console, choose as action uboot console in fvdw-sl console and see if you get the marvell>> prompt

I use lan in port 1, the firewall disabled and also antivirus, connected to the router through a 24 port switch where the nas is also connected. nas static ip assigned by the router 192.168.1.252, ip pc 192.168.1.38.

do not do that (using static ip), use dynamic assignment of ip, for that you must have dhcp server active on your router
