HackMD Collaborative Notepad

Hey Jocko,
I know I'm asking for a lot of random things, lol. This one though is super awesome. Basically it's a live collaborative notepad with login and everything and it's open-source. It requires a database and node.js with npm. I'm willing to give another $5 Canadian in Bitcoin Cash to get it created simply because I used the demo and it was very very useful! I have a problem where I use Notepad on all of my machines and I've lost stuff when they're forced to reboot >:( Stupid windows. Anyways, it works really good and has an INCREDIBLE mobile app along with the desktop version. It's super good!
