blinking blue light and no access

hello

i have one huge problem. i have no access to lacie and there is blue light in front blinking constantly.

i have no idea what can be the cause?
does anyone have an idea what's wrong?

which firmware are you running Lacie? or fvdw-sl ?

and is this a 5big network v2 ?

hi, it is latest one. my colleague updated it. but that was few weeks ago.
and since sunday morning lacie is not accessible. (yes it is network 2 version).

when i switch on, boots normal. blue-red light on hdd's. than, the big blue light on front gives constant light. after like 10min it start blinking, constant blue light.

so no browser access and no ip in network scann software. so it is totally invisible

So Lacie firmware
The led behaviour indicates a disk issue, if you used a raid setup it could be a raid failure. Lacie has a method to to do a hard reset, they say no user data will be lost but I can not say if that's true
It is described in the manual


PS. If it is 5big network v2 you could use our fvdw-sl console to load a standalone kernel and check out the disks

note it must be a 5big v2 (and not a 5big pro or version 1)
