Are you sure the ip is correct. In windows explorer (so not internet explore) what does this address gives as result

If that gives a list of shared folders then ip is correct and sometning is either preventing access to the web interface (firewall?) or the web server is not running.
There are programs that can scan ip to see what services are avaible on that ip.

Looks like the HTTP one is up and running...
I already tried from other browsers with the same results...
Also re-ran the procedure twice just in case I've done something wrong... :dontknow
