Plex media server

Hello,

I'm from Italy so excuse for bad English.

I've got ISP1 1TB managed with latest firmware and it runs fine: my problem is that I can't install Plexmediaserver - patch just downloaded in fwd/addons and installed.

As per your instructions, I logged in NAS Web-Console as root then logged in to plugout with my user and password - both successfully - but when run plemxmediaserver install I've got login not set messagge. So tried plexmediaserver plugout-my user login-my password command to set for download but same message. I'm very noob to Linux command, so I figure out that I'm wrong with command.

Could you kindly put me in the right way with this ?

Hi ytwoknight,

Your issue is you try to run plexmediaserver script on the web console which is not a shell terminal : just a terminal emulation and some shell features are broken like pipe.

So open a shell terminal (use putty)
