I read that not aligned partitions on these disks can lead to severe performance loss when reading/writing. So before putting data on it I would try if the above partition table gives no warnings. If not then I expect your problem is solved and there should be no performance issue. The number I listed will give partitions with size, only a little shifted on the hard disk. yes you loose 8 cylinders of space but thats not a real issue I think

Im not really following you know...
You are writing "for example"?
Shall I use this information instead of what I have used before?
Partition 1 starts cylinder 9 and end cylinder 72 (edited changed 8 in 9 !
partition 2 start 73 end 136
partition 3 start 137 en 200
partition 4 start 201 end 243200
partition 5 start 201 end 304
partition 6 start 305 end 312
partition 7 start 313 en 376
partition 8 start 377 end 243200

yes, if it was my disk i would try the partition table I proposed to see if that is sufficient to align all partitions on physical sector boundaries. If that is the case the chance on performance issues or worse or most likely not valid anymore.

I used the word example as you could also use other numbers.
if you try it let us know if this works it could be usefull to other users that have an advanced format disk, so we could add this to the guides

I can not test it myself as I don't have such a disk

seems the extended partiton has a problem with this advanced sectors similar as sda1 for beginning of this extended partition, lets try to shift all partitions in this extended partition 8 cylinders
try
sda5 start 209 end 312
sda6 start 313 end 320
sda7 start 321 end 384
sda8 start 385 end 243200
