When the system is in wol state, basically all disks are sleeping, and the CPU is not mining bitcoins, and so hardly any heat is produced. I think you can simply assume the disks will be cooled down in half an hour. If they are not, either the fan doesn't work (dust?), or the environment temperature is too high. In both cases it makes no sense to let the fan run any longer.
