Mmm seems mke2fs of mini- glibc has a problem with the disk size.
Just boot the firmware and try to initialize sda8 using web interface (disk setup menu)

i readed this links:
https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t ... 895#p35895

To be able to install 18-2 via web interface you must install the patch given in this topic
https://plugout.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3078&p=35895#p35895
The topic also describes how to install the patch.

Note to be able to download 18-2 after you have installed the patch you must enter your plugout username and password in web interface (system mgt menu>setup>tab firmware interface

Yes i already did it but when i try to open link it says i don't have authorizations to enter in it. It also says "u cannot connect to the file share because it is not secure. This sharing requires the outdated SMB1 protocol which is insecure and could expose your system to attack. The system requires SMB2 or later.

What operating system do you use? If it is windows 10 then you can enable smb1.
And..
Did you did this
Note to be able to download 18-2 after you have installed the patch you must enter your plugout username and password in web interface (system mgt menu>setup>tab firmware interface

You also need to do that to he able to download and install media servers etc..

But of course firstvyou need to install the patch as mentioned before
